Level one women are expected to be active but not strenuous. You will be challenged but in an enjoyable way. Movement is good for you and we will be moving our bodies each day.
Level two will expect women to have endurance, enjoyment of very little accommodations, the ability to stay active for 3 to 5 hours each day, with a pack that weighs 35- 45 lbs. At times there will be strenuous activities.
Level three expects women to be conditioned, you will be to be able to hike generally 6 - 8 hours with elevation changes on dirt trails, sand, rocky paths, and occasionally uneven footing, while caring a pack that weighs 35-45 lbs.
